An
advanced university degree in social sciences, political sciences or other
related discipline.
- At
least seven years of relevant experience in programme / project planning,
monitoring and evaluation or related fields.
Excellent
command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
Demonstrated
organizational and leadership skills;
Demonstrated proficiency in programme / project
management;
Strong analytical skills;
Proficiency
in standard computer applications used by the Agency;
Integrity,
professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
It
is desirable to have previous experience in humanitarian and development work
and previous senior management experience;
also possession of a valid driving
license.
