The Ministry of Labor had condemned the brutal crime committed by Israeli soldiers who fired teargas canisters at Palestinian workers who were trying to cross a gate in the Israeli segregation barrier near the village of Faroun, south of Toulkarm, which resulted on the killing of the worker martyr “Fuad Sebti Joudeh”
Joudeh, 48 years old, was among dozens of Palestinian workers who were on their way to their workplaces inside the Israeli- occupied territories.
The man reportedly died from a heart attack shortly after inhaling the toxic gas. His body was moved to a hospital in nearby Nablus city, ahead of his funeral in his hometown of Iraq al-Tayeh.
Therefore, The Ministry calls on all free people around the world ,all juridical institutions ,International and Arab labor Organization, and UN Human Rights Council to establish a Commission of Inquiry to bring perpetrators to justice without a double standards in these cases.
