In its aggression on Gaza on the 16th May 2021, the Ministry of Labor thoroughly condemns the Israeli occupation forces’ bombardment and destruction of the Ministry Headquarters, which is a civil service organization. in a war crime among its aggressive offenses. This barbarous and cruel attack was seen by the Ministry as a serious offense of the international Law Regulations.
In this horrific crime, the Ministry of labor believes that the occupation forces mean to demolish important service and aid institutions in the Gaza Strip. Moreover, they attempt to exploit they facilities under pretexts to push the Palestinians who defend themselves and their populations into submission and forcing them to surrender; therefore, they are committing a fulfilled crime against humanity in Gaza.
The Ministry of Labor demands the United Nations, the International Labor Organization, the International Criminal Court, the Human Rights Council, and all international organizations to investigate this crime, bring those responsible to global justice, and oblige it to bear all criminal damages for this crime.
It’s worth mentioning that the Israeli occupation forces attacked and destroyed the headquarters of the Ministry on al-Thawra Street on Sunday, May 16, 2021, without prior warning, and without a military imperative or a threat to the occupation forces.
